Sian & Mike's fabulous wedding day at Clifton Observatory.
One of the most unique venues I have had the pleasure to work in the Clifton Observatory has one of the views in Bristol overlooking the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge and the roof terrace is a glorious spot for summer sunshine and some great photographs.
A wedding at The Clifton Observatory in Bristol is a truly breathtaking and romantic affair, set against one of the most iconic views in the city. Perched atop Clifton Down, the observatory offers panoramic views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, Avon Gorge, and the Bristol skyline, making it an unforgettable backdrop for a special day.
Post-ceremony, guests can enjoy a drinks reception on the Rooftop Terrace, where they can soak in the 360-degree views while sipping champagne. The terrace is perfect for golden-hour photographs, with the sunset casting a magical glow over the Suspension Bridge.
For the wedding breakfast and evening reception, the William West Room is transformed into a stylish dining and celebration space. With its historic charm and modern touches, it’s ideal for an intimate wedding.
A wedding at the Clifton Observatory is effortlessly stylish, offering a mix of heritage charm and contemporary elegance. Whether it's decorated with lush florals, fairy lights, or minimalist modern décor, the venue complements every style beautifully.
The Observatory's prime location means stunning photo opportunities at every turn—whether on the terrace, by the bridge, or even inside the historic Camera Obscura tower.
