PRE-WEDDING MEETING OR ZOOM CALL
I'd love to meet up or schedule a zoom call so we can speak 'in person' ahead of your wedding. To align on expectations, style and any special requests. This is crucial for a comfortable, relaxed day.

PHOTOGRAPHER'S STYLE
Different photographers have unique styles - mine - candid, moody, warm tones etc. It's crucial to make your decision by picking someone whose portfolio aligns with your vision of your wedding.

EDITING TAKES TIME
Whilst you will get your sneak peek of images from your day quickly, most photographers (this one included) take several weeks to edit the full gallery. It's worth the wait for those polished, high quality images.

What to expect
On a typical Platinum Package (full day cover) wedding day I am there to capture the main details throughout the day including 2 hours of Bride prep (or Groom prep) the ceremony, reception, speeches, evening party & everything in-between.

If you choose my Platinum Package I arrive 2 hours prior to your ceremony to photograph all the details and prep - the moments before your wedding really do make for a great collection of images!
I am with you all day until the usual cake cut/first dance & a bit of the party atmosphere leaving usually around 8-8:30pm

7 hours of photography
From ceremony onwards
If you choose to book my Gold Package I arrive 30 mins prior to your ceremony to capture your guests being seated and details of your wedding venue. I am ready and waiting for you to walk down the aisle!
I am with you all day until the usual cake cut/first dance & a bit of the party atmosphere leaving usually 8:00/8:30pm
Bespoke Package

from 2 to 6 hours
Should you wish to concentrate your cover to a few hours my Bespoke Package is for you... should you want me to cover an hour of Bride/Groom prep or begin 30 mins before your ceremony I can fit in all the parts that are important to you - 'your wedding your way'

First Look Photographs
A first look allows you and your partner to have a quiet, personal moment together before the ceremony. It’s an opportunity to connect emotionally without the pressure of a large audience watching.
The anticipation and excitement of seeing each other for the first time can lead to some of the most heartfelt and emotional photos of the day. These candid, genuine reactions are priceless.
These images are taken just moments before your ceremony so with any of my packages it's possible for me to capture these priceless moments for you!
before YOUR CEREMONY
Morning wedding prep
On the morning of your wedding I arrive in good time (two hours before your ceremony) to capture Bride (or Groom ) prep. I like to capture details like the rings, flowers, your dress or suit laid out before you finally get ready for the main event! If your partner is also at your wedding prep location I like to take some images of them getting ready too... (this depends on time restraints before your ceremony & can be discussed)
YOUR CEREMONY
Capturing your ceremony
Starting with shots of your venue, I like to take shots (when possible) of your guests being seated as they wait for you to walk down the aisle! I take a few pictures with your partner and their nearest and dearest as they wait for you to arrive.
(Dependent on the venue) I like to get an image of you walking down the ailse and your partners reaction.
AFTER YOUR CEREMONY
Group images
I like to start the group shots after you have had chance to have a drink and a chat with your guests - I usually advise my clients to keep the number of shots to around 10 + the main group shot with your whole wedding group and a confetti shot (as this helps to get them done quickly so you can go back to enjoying your day!)
I can take more group shots throughout the rest of the day so don't worry I wont ever say no to a photo!
a bit of you time
Capturing your newly-wed shots
Weather dependent after the group photographs, if the weather is kind, I like to take my couples away from the main party for a little while (usually 20 mins) to take some beautiful romantic couple photographs. This can be done later if necessary if the light allows. In the Summer months I do like to try and get some shots again later - I love a sunset shot!
This is an important time for you to spend together to catch your breath... weddings are busy occasions!

Capturing the speeches
Once seated for your wedding breakfast couples decide to have speeches before or after the food - I am always keeping an eye out for great candid images - speeches are always great fun!

At your reception
Once you and your guests are fed & the speeches are done I like to stay close to your wedding party so I can capture some really awesome candid shots - people are generally relaxed after the rush of the day so great to work with. My unobtrusive style of photography allows people to let their hair down in front of my camera.
In the summer months I do like to take my couples away again and capture some lovely newly-wed images as the sun goes down.
the evening
Cake cut & First dance
As the afternoon turns to evening your venue will organise for you the cutting of the cake - usually around 8pm - 8:30pm - I am ready to capture this along with the all important First dance which usually follows immediately after you cut your cake - I am ready on the dance floor with my camera flashes so I can capture all the action. Once your guests are welcommed to join you for some dancing I get right into the thick of it capturing the atmosphere on the dancefloor.
Once I am happy with the shots I say my goodbye's and I hit the road - I'll need my cup of Earl Grey tea & to put my feet up!
sneak peek
Receive a 'sneak peek' of images from your wedding day
Ahead of the delivery of your full gallery (12-16 weeks), you receive a sneak peek of images from your big day. This is usually within 2 weeks (at busy times there might be a little wait) - I never rush an edit - your images deserve my full attention.

A link to your password protected private online gallery
Your images are fully edited by me. I have never and will never use an editing service - my edits are usually 12-16 weeks from the date of your wedding. At busy times there may be a wait but please believe me - it's worth the wait!
You will receive an email link to your images via my 'Client Gallery' - this is a private gallery but you can share the link with your friends and loved ones - even keeping some images private for you and your partners eyes only....
This gallery is live for 12 months and via the gallery you can access my store for printing - prints, wall art & photobooks.
all edited digital files on a wooden usb
USB, 10 6x4 luxury prints & a wooden presentation box
You receive your full size copyright free digital images on USB, presented in a wooden presentation box. From your gallery you are asked to choose your favourite 10 images & I have those printed as 6x4 on beautiful art rag 308gsm photo paper & pop them into your presentation box for you.
